Deputation travels 2012

While on deputation I also had a chance to make some new friends, spend some time with old friends and see some really neat and interesting places. Unfortunately I didn’t get pictures of everyone and everything.
While in Idaho, I spent a wonderful day with John and Cora Lou Miller at The Peregrine Fund World Center For Birds of Prey. I really enjoyed the day of fellowship with them. I saw and took pictures of the most interesting birds there I had ever seen.
I met Quennie, an Eurasian Eagle-owl
This is Luigi, a Harpy Eagle
Didn’t catch this little guy’s name, but he sure was cute.
And then there was the strangest bird I ever did see…..
:)….Thanks again, John and Cora Lou for a great time!
Cute!
Now that looks like fun, Sally! 🙂
